Czech Airlines (CSA) is the official carrier for the International Youth Leadership Conference and it offers connections via Prague to an entire network of major destinations worldwide. As the official carrier, it offers all IYLC attendees a discount on tickets: 10% in Economy Class and 15% in Business Class. The discounts can be claimed on tickets to be flown within one week prior to the event and one week after the event, and are available for registered participants with one accompanying person. The discounts apply even for flights with codes OK 3000 - 5999, which are operated by our SkyTeam alliance partners (Aeroflot, Aero Mexico, Air France, KLM, Alitalia, Continental Airlines, Delta, Korean Air, and NWA). 	The 16th International Youth Leadership Conference is a week-long youth forum on world politics, international relations and international law. The most recent conferences welcomed around 100 students from an average of 35 different countries worldwide, with a strong emphasis on cross-cultural, international youth empowerment, and an open-minded exchange of different perspectives on global issues. Participants play active roles in simulations of important world organizations: -UN Security Council Crisis Meeting -International Criminal Court Trial -Model European Parliament Proceeding Other conference activities include visits to foreign embassies, Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Deputies and Senate of the Czech Republic, group debates, banquet dinners, and some free time to explore the beautiful streets of Prague. 		June 20th, 2008 Last Round of Acceptances The deadline for the last round of acceptances is July 1st, 2008. If we receive your completed application (including the short essays) by that date, you will receive an email notification of your acceptance status by July 5th, 2008. Apply here! June 2nd, 2008 16th IYLC blog is up and running. Entitled The Ramblings of a Facilitator it will provide you with the insight and info on the upcoming conference.
